Custom Moulded Rubber

For more than 20 years, Spintec has perfected its services to offer a complete line of moulded products. Our moulded and transfer moulded parts, dense rubber, insert-moulded and rubber-to-metal bonded products are subject to high-quality requirements. We also offer compression moulded parts and can bond rubber to metal during the moulding process.

Moulded products are available in a variety of polymers, including Natural Rubber, and Synthetic Rubber such as Butyl Rubber, EPDM, Poly Urethane, Fluoroelastomer, Neoprene, Bond Rubber, Nitrile, and Silicone. Each available material meets certain technical specifications to ensure that each moulded product is the most effective and safe for a specific application.

Our moulded rubber parts can be used in a variety of applications. Virtually all of them are used in both commercial and mechanical and industrial furnaces.
